Spencer, also known as Dusk, is a former member of the Moon Children who has joined the Hacker Group.
Story
Spencer was born sometime in the 90's in New York. As a teenager, Spencer seemingly had no clear direction or goals in life and his relationship with his family was slowly deteriorating over time. In 2006, he came in contact with the Moon Children, who welcomed him with open arms. Spencer felt at home with the cult, making new friends and finding purpose. Over time, Spencer became a devout follower of Luna and began rising through the ranks of the cult. Eventually, he became a moderator on the cult's website - Youshouldnthavedonethat.net. Here, he became the cult's technical consultant.
On September 19th, the Moon Children held several parties across the United States. During this time, Mat was infused with Lunar Children knowledge and the will of Tenebris. Mat then proceeded to kill off nearly all of the Moon Children, seemingly sparing only Spencer. No longer having any direction in life, Spencer attempted to find survivors at The Orchard in 2011. Instead, Spencer met the other members of the Hacker Group. At some point, a great cataclysm began destroying the Fucked Timeline, resulting in Spencer and the other members of the Hacker Group escaping somehow.
Over the next several years, Spencer and the other members of the Hacker Group worked behind the scenes. At some point, Spencer met SKM who also was briefly involved with the Hacker Group. In 2018, Spencer and the others communicated with IsocelesAssassin via their Transmission Device and the Astral Observatory. They hatched a plan together involving time travel and IsocelesAssassin acting as "The Gray Man". Over the next few years, Spencer and the others worked on a Data Bomb that would allow the players to access Johnisdead.com by breaking into the Subspace. Unfortunately, this plan went awry when Pumpkinhead stole the Data Bomb and used it on the Safehaven Discord Server, damaging the Hacker Group's transmission device in the process.
In December of 2020, Spencer and the others were finally able to contact their allies once again after the players discovered their communication code within Johnisdead.com. The Hacker Group then began sending transmissions to the Astral Observatory via GHOSTBABEL, who would then give them to the players. Spencer was at the forefront of these transmissions, greeting the players and explaining their current situation.
Personality
Spencer seems to have a fairly laid back and casual personality, chatting with the players in a relatively calm demeanor despite the odd circumstances.

((Unintelligible))-probably already over that, actually. Uh, we just call it the Astral Timeline, just for simplicity's sake. Uh, because Astral Observatory seems to be a pretty, "unique entity" from what we've seen. Um, for the most part. I believe there may have actually been some incarnation of it back in uh, our time, but it was pretty different from what it is now, so. Sorry, I'm off topic already."

"That's actually something that ((Unintelligible)). This is something we've been debating for quite a while now, cause from what we understand, they were really, um, no giants transcended at all. As for why that is, we have absolutely no idea, but it seems to have been a pretty deliberate difference in the timelines, so... Yeah, that's something we'll have to talk on more."

"Um, yeah. That's something I wish we had more information on. It's kinda hard for us to get info on that considering our status. If I'm understanding correctly, the Astral Observatory that shares a name is pretty different. I only know BUP from what Grey and the others have told me., but Nocta... Yeah, the Nocta in our time just seems to be a completely different guy. But, um… Yeah, no, we really don't have any information on the Astral Observatory. It seems to be a pretty legitimate organization, though. It's actually ((Unintelligible)) - it's not just like some tiny online forum or something."

I know the Lunar Children always tried to quantify it - put it in a more scientific method than we always did. They seemed to get a lot of things right and some things they just pulled out of their ass. First there's the physical world we all know right? The overworld is what they called it I'm pretty sure. So above that, actually more like surrounding that cause - it's like this digital realm. It's - I guess digital is putting it into kind of simple terms it's more like empty space that they fill with digital constructs. SKM was actually the one who sent a lot of this to us back then. So he's really the expert on this kind of stuff. Empty space - null space is I think what they called it. Is where they did all their like digital experiments with like creating worlds and shit. There are also several different layers within the digital shit itself. I don't really think we need to go into all the specifics of that.
