Hina616 is a minor character who is a member of the Lunar Children. First seen during The Truth Arc, Hina could be found posting on the Lunar Children Forums speaking in a surprisingly casual and airy manner.

Story

Hina is a young woman who lives somewhere in Ohio roughly one hour away from The Spire. At some point, Hina had a boyfriend, though not much is known about their relationship. Later on, Hina was accepted into the Lunar Children. This bothered Hina's boyfriend, who did not take kindly to the cult's off-putting teachings. A few weeks later, the two official broke up. After this, Hina needed some companionship and joined the Lunar Children Forums, where she introduced herself and vented about her boyfriend. One user in particular, HarryM1, took interest in Hina and quickly befriended her. Another user, Sheepdog, also became good friends with her, and the two later shared selfies with one another.

Hina, wishing to get closer to Luna, requested a copy of the Libro Lunarus. This request was quickly shot down, however, when Thoth informed her that there were only three books in existence, and they all remained at The Spire. For the most part, Hina spent her time casually chatting with the other forum members. When the user Kalfu9000 implied he wished to partake in a school shooting, Hina attempted to comfort and calm him, reassuring him of Luna and Patrem's love. Hina also welcomed sin_yarikh to the forums with open arms after he had just joined the cult. Eventually, Lunarchildren.com began experiences corruptions from the various spirits trapped within the cult's servers. This resulted in various spirits posting ciphers and gibberish on the forums. This angered Hina, who believed the spirits were simply trolls who were attempting to spam.

At some point, Hina went to Florida to visit some family. While there, she travelled to the Fishery in an attempt to use some of the site's magical energy to contact someone from within the Parallelos to gain knowledge. While there, she came across Tyler's Crescent Moon Necklace. Hina later posted her find on the forums, where she was informed that the fishery was off limits and that she was in a great deal of trouble for touching the necklace, as it was a very important item for the cult. Mat later instructed Hina to return to the fishery and return the necklace, much to her dismay as the location frightened her at night.

It is implied that Hina did as she was instructed, as Regiminis was later seen with the necklace in his possession. After this event, Hina's fate was left unknown. She supposedly disappeared from the forums, though the user 1_Tsukuyomi_1 claims they saw her account active at one point. Some users believe Hina left the cult after receiving such a harsh talk from the Elder Children and being forced to return to the fishery. Others, such as Eddie, believe Hina was killed. Harry, who had become good friends with Hina at this point, asked the others where she went. Eddie used this opportunity to taunt him, claiming that Hina was rightfully killed, believing that her interference with the necklace resulted in Undecim Nocte 2015 going awry. Eddie posted a gory photo of a corpse to prove that she was dead, which deeply upset Harry. Sheepdog later proved this was not Hina, however, informing Harry that the girl in the photo did not look like Hina based off of the selfies she had been sent.

Kuu_32 later informed Harry that Hina was not placed on Eddie's hit list, though she would not answer fully if Hina were alive.

Personality

Hina comes off as ditzy and a bit air-headed, often making mistakes such as misspelling "Libro Lunarus" and trespassing at the Fishery. She is quite prideful, boasting on the forums that she was offered a scholarship and often passed her tests at school. In addition to this, though she does not fully understand their deeper teachings, Hina is a fanatic member of the Lunar Children, often seen praising Luna and Patrem and wishing to further her studies.

Hina616: "HIiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii everyone ^^ You can all call me Hina (as I was recommended I picked a name that honored mother and I thought this one was the cutest ~ <3 ) I was just accepted a few weeks ago and even though I live about 1 hour away I plan to come visit the meeting grounds as often as I can (even if I gotta hitch hike I want to experience the power of Luna!!!!!!) As of 2 days ago my bf left me "Because this creepy cult shit is too much for me" FUCK HIM he does not understand how important this is and was not right for me anyways. He is cold and alone without the love of mother and does not even realise this. However the expeiance hurt me pretty bad, so I could really use some support from my loving brothers and sister at this time. I wanted to hopefully show him the way and him maybe ascend with me to be with mother together, but I suppose mother has other plans. Im really happy to be accepted and thank you all for being here for me."

Hina616: "I was forced to go out of state to visit with some family recently. While I was in the area, I went to the place I was told about that the blood moon ritual was performed in. I was hoping maybe I could use some of the power there, left over from the ceremony to make contact with someone from beyond this parallelos and gain knowlege. I think I failed -_-;'But I did find this cool necklace, I was wondering if it belonged to anyone who was here for the ritual?"
HarryM1: "That is a pretty obnoxiously big image, but yeah looks pretty cool. Nice find, but wasn't that place meant to be off limits?"
Jarilo333: "That necklace actually looks pretty familiar, if I recall we had a member who was given the name lunaris draco after attaining certain rank. However I also recall her turning her back on us and running away. Not much else to say really, other than the thing being identical from my memory."

Summary

• Hina reveals that she had recently visited Florida and travelled to the Fishery, where she found the Crescent Moon Necklace. She is promptly informed that the fishery was off-limits and that she will be punished. She is then instructed to return the necklace to the fishery, much to her dismay.
