The Astral Observatory was a paranormal research study created by BUP in the Fucked Timeline. Not much is known about the operations of the Astral Observatory - only that BUP was inspired to create it and further his study of the supernatural after participating in Ben Drowned. It is likely that BUP used the Astral Observatory and its findings to fuel his own pursuit of power via Aggregation and Ascension.
Story
After participating in Ben Drowned in the Fucked Timeline, BUP felt inspired to pursue his study of the supernatural.[1] After going to college, BUP earned a master's degree in Esoteric Theology and several others. Using the money obtained from several grants, BUP founded the Astral Observatory - a paranormal research study. This was accompanied by Astralobservatory.net, which BUP used to post his blog and also a talk show of sorts where he went by the name "Nocta".[2] It is possible that the "Astral Observatory Music Label" was also involved in this as it contains excerpts from an individual known as Researcher Greth.[3]
At some point - presumably using the knowledge and resources gathered from the Astral Observatory, BUP Ascended and Aggregated, leaving the Fucked Timeline behind. It is unknown what became of the Astral Observatory at this point. However, both the name and the website were later repurposed by Nocta from the Astral Timeline.
