The Bullet Necklace is a mysterious necklace that Tyler was often seen wearing after The Truth Arc. The origins of this necklace aren't exactly known, nor is its purpose.

History

The Bullet Necklace was first seen on November 13th, 2017 in the video Hello again. Here, Tyler mentions that he doesn't remember owning the necklace in the past - he just supposedly found with it already around his neck after waking up from his coma at the beginning of 2017.[1] Tyler is seen still wearing the necklace in the video Unusual on April 23rd, 2018. He also seen wearing it in A guest and experiments, meaning he likely still possessed it up through August of 2018. However, in October of 2018, Tyler's necklace was stolen - presumably by SKM so that he could place Max inside of it.[2][3] SKM later returned the Bullet Necklace to Tyler during a livestream on November 2nd, 2018.

It is believed that Tyler still likely possesses the Bullet Necklace to this day, though its purpose and origins are still unknown. On November 11th, 2022, the Greth was seen participating in an unknown ritual and handing the Bullet Necklace off to someone in the video Aggregation.

    • "I just remembered, when I woke up I had this necklace, and I don't remember anything about this, I... it's weird because I remember something about a necklace, but I don't remember this at all. This... bullet. I know I used to have a gun at some point, or... maybe I wanted one. I'm- I definitely would have wanted one, but... I don't remember having a gun that would hold bullets like this. But, uh... it's like a bullet keychain, I don't know what it is or where it came from. I don't think it's- it was mine, or maybe it was I guess, because I woke up with it around my neck... And I haven't been, like, wearing this thing forever, since I- since I woke up. I don't know why I felt the need to specify that... Yeah, yeah I've been taking it off and stuff and, uh..."
  2. ↑ Tyler mentions losing the Bullet Necklace here.
    • "About a week ago I wanna say, I misplaced I guess somehow that necklace I found. I dunno if anyone remembers me mentioning - whenever I woke up in the hospital a while back there was this necklace, and they told me that I just had it whenever I woke up in the parking lot - or not woke up, but whenever I turned up in the parking lot. But… the necklace, I… don't know where it's at. But, uhh… yeah, I-I don't know what that came to mind suddenly, but… yeah. Necklace. Don't know what the fuck happened to it.
  3. ↑ It's implied that SKM placed Max inside of the Bullet Necklace here.
    • SKM: "Watch over my brother for me. I'll see you soon."
