Pursan is an enigmatic entity that approached the players during the Our Horizon Arc. Prusan struck a deal with the players, offering to assist their progress through the Sanctum hole in pursuit of Pumpkinhead if they kill three targets for him. The players held up their end of the bargain, resulting in Pursan granting them a map of the Sanctum hole.
Story

Pumpkinhead had recently stolen away the players' Ocarina powers and locked them and himself somewhere within the hole. Pursan greeted the players and introduced himself as a trader of sorts.
