Munnin is a magical ally summoned to assist the players during BUP's Dungeons and Dragons game.

Story

Munnin was first introduced to the players during BUP's Dungeons and Dragons game. Near the beginning of one of the sessions, Max discovered Munnin in his pocket in the form of a small figurine. This was a typical item found in Dungeons and Dragons games - the "Figurine of Wondrous Power (Silver Raven)". The bottom of the figurine as inscribed with a rune resembling the Amiibo logo. Using this rune, Max was able to make his way through a field of deadly fog. However, over time, the fog thicker and darker. Max eventually encountered a malicious child-like entity that killed and possessed his body. Thankfully, he was able to revive himself using the Munnin figurine, as a raven of pure light shot out of it and entered his body, purifying him. After this, the dark fog that surrounded him was all absorbed into the Munnin figurine.

During the next session, Munnin directly speaks with the players, introducing himself for the first time. He has been corrupted by the darkness absorbed into the figurine from the last session. He questions why the players continue playing the game, only to be told that they seek information. The extent of Munnin's knowledge is limited, as he was only created to protect Yuukichan. He informs them that their current goal should be rescuing Yuukichan from Pumpkinhead. Munnin says that the "shrine" that Yuukichan is currently within is unsafe and must be brought into the players' world. Once there, the players will have to enter the shrine using the Amiibo rune escribed on his figurine. Munnin also implies that he himself doubles as this shrine.

During the final Dungeons and Dragon's session, Munnin became active in the Internet Detectives' Minecraft server. Here, he gave some cryptic hints towards the nature of IIIII. Before leaving, he asked the players to keep him safe, giving them a "Parrot Egg" item.

Personality

Munnin speaks every matter-of-factly and does not show much emotion. As they claim, it seems their only purpose is to protect Yuukichan, so they rarely speak on much else. However, they do often muse on the nature of reality and those around them, seemingly holding some resentment for the cruel, malicious entities BUP and Pumpkinhead who have placed them in this position.
