Description:
Whoever made that lovely piece, we could hear it even this long ago. But you played to our eyes and ears rather than to our heart. Still it brought out some words, but at a poor time. Try again in the 'right' place if you would care to. Spooki man still has not spoken directly about the long ritual though despite this somewhat immediate effect. Strange how the passage of things goes. Sort of like the window I have now to say this, I would not really know how to catagorize the timeframe following your own time that I am actually writing all of this out in
further more the 
"Wwwwwwwwwwwwwelcome Home™ and probably not going to be able to keep all of these from getting logged so lets try to keep it moving, got a new place over at Welcome Home™ so dont respond here, whatever its gonna capture will get captured. I was counting on that because the people on the outside have to at least have a trail head before they can start coming up with their own answers. This info war is a mutual exchange type thing. Im getting distracted, I think this should confirm for them the old D Drop spot. DeWelcome Home™ink. I dont know if they already have everything else to piece together whats happening but hopefully next chance we get to patch in to Welcome Home™km we should maybe get a chance to straighten things out. Dont let the dream die compatriots, all for one and one for all!

Civitas
This video began with more 3d footage of Tyler and Erika - presumably continuing from the previous video, "elevator scene". The video plays out in a first-person perspective as Tyler stares at the buttons within the elevator. As he moves towards the door, Erika can be seen standing in the door's reflection. The door opens, revealing what appears to be a park-like area with buildings in the distance. Tyler begins walking along a path in the park. Meanwhile, footage can be seen faintly playing over the video.
The camera eventually pans out into a third-person view showing Tyler walking while holding his phone. As the camera pans around, Erika can be seen floating behind Tyler while holding a laptop. The video cuts to a shot behind Erika. She appears to be watching a real-life representation of the 3d Tyler's movements along the path. As the camera shifts past Erika, the faint footage suddenly brightens and shows someone moving past the camera.
Erika turns to look at the sky. The camera pans and reveals she is looking at what appears to be another elevator descending from above. There also appears to be a large grid of cubes higher up in the sky. Some of these cubes appear to be moving in and out of position. As the camera is focusing on the sky, the faint footage playing in the background once again becomes clearer as a man looks into the camera.
The video then cuts to another shot of Tyler and Erika standing in the elevator similar to the one seen in the video "elevator scene". The faint footage continues playing over this scene, showing the following:
A room containing a bottle and a mask hanging on a TV.
A notebook featuring drawings and scribbles.
The "Beacon" that was left outside Tyler's home by Daniel.
The book "Cult of Ecstasy", which is used in the tabletop RPG "Vampire: The Masquerade".
A "Seven of Hearts" card.
A "Detour Sign" laying on the ground.
An Absque Fascie.
The footage of the elevator suddenly cuts to black. After a few seconds, real-life footage begins playing - presumably from Tyler's perspective. Tyler walks through some grass before focusing the camera on a "DEAD END" sign. As the camera moves, Regiminis can be seen standing in the background behind the camera. As Tyler approaches him, the footage suddenly cuts back to the elevator scene. More faint footage can be seen of someone standing in a room.
The video cuts to black once again. Faint footage of Tyler falling can be seen. A clip of Tyler recording himself with a phone in a bathroom begins playing. Tyler attempts to speak, but his voice is heavily distorted. Text from Erika appears on screen:
Erika: "Shh, you are not ready to speak"
Erika: "You ought to stick to the namesake here"
Erika: "When you are finally able to read this, thats not good. Normal eyes can't see here, only tech. Obviously something is happening to you, mister!"
As Tyler is recording himself in a mirror, he suddenly freezes and falls over as he realizes Regiminis is watching him from the doorway. The footage then cuts to a clip of Tyler walking around a room. The video then cuts once again to Tyler hiding in a closet in the room. Through the closet's blinders, Regiminis can be seen entering the room before slowly opening the closet door.
The video then suddenly cuts back to the elevator. The same loading bar from previous videos appears once again, now glitching out and losing some progress before continuing.
