• At 4:23 PM, a new video was uploaded to the Silentdork YouTube channel - "Hesitation". This video contained distorted footage, cryptic text, and plenty of ciphers.

The video begins with distorted footage of what appears to be a wooded area near a road with some buildings. The environment is destroyed and crumbled and appears to be floating in a void. Text begins appearing on screen.

Grainy footage of a twisted hallway leading into an open chamber can be seen before the video cuts to black. Footage of various Janus rooms is shown as more text appears:

The video ends with a loading bar slowly filling up with the following text surrounding it:

Summary

• This video contains many cryptic messages written in ciphers and unknown languages.
• An entity named "Arawn" is mentioned, though not expanded upon.
• Many Lunar Children are referenced, such as Sheepdog, Hope, and Thoth.
• Luke is referenced as having visited a library, presumably the Lunar Children's library at the Spire which is partially governed by the Elder Child Jinn. It's implied that Jinn might be an aggregated being of some sort.
• Text from Erika seems to imply that Tyler might be II, or "The second".

• At 4:25 PM, BUP became active in the Internet Detectives Discord server and sent a link to a Facebook page titled "Notahoax_m12's FB Meme Site". (Link) This page was owned by NotAHoax, and seemed to simply be a meme page where he would occasionally comment on memes he uploads. The images discovered here were as follows:
1st Image - Hoax: "Of course I've been LOCKDOWN since 'Nam BROTHERS...".
2nd Image - Hoax: "Bricks of hard cheese make good rations BROTHER..."
3rd Image - Hoax: "IDIOTS are spiking the price of milsurp BROTHER I live off milsurp!".
• At 11:11 PM, a video was uploaded to the Greth Vlogs YouTube channel - "rendevous". This video contained footage of what appeared to be the Parallelos and a conversation between two individuals.

• At 8:45 AM, the Internet Detectives Discord server banner image changed several times, cycling through various distorted images of Patrem and Hank.
• At 10:18 AM, IIIII became active in the Internet Detectives Discord server and sent the message "https://vocaroo.com/1hUrhlFCIFql" - a link to an audio file containing a deep voice that reads as follows:

• At 10:37 AM, IIIII became active in the Internet Detectives Discord server and sent the message "He is the answer" in the "#announcements" text-channel.
• At 10:41 AM, IIIII became active in the Internet Detectives Discord server and sent the message "ettps://vonhroo.nol/1eUrejCNFCqj".
• At 10:58 AM, the Internet Detectives Discord server banner image changed to a distorted screenshot of the gate in the "Treeline" Janus room.
• At 11:04 AM, the player thelostbrineinthewoods discovered that a new page on Johnisdead.com - "https://johnisdead.com/compound". This page was titled "Compound" and contained the image "realm.gif", just like the pages "https://johnisdead.com/realm" and "https://johnisdead.com/treeline" before it. This page also contained the "Compound" Janus room.

5/2/21 - "Compound" Janus Room - Johnisdead.com

This Janus room was a continuation of the "Treeline" and "Realm" Janus rooms. It could be accessed by opening a new portal that had been placed in the "Treeline" Janus room at the gate on the other side of the woods. This Janus room contained the Fishery as it appeared in the past before it fell into ruins. Upon approaching the grounds surrounding the fishery, a quiet, foreboding song would play. There was now a large sign hanging on the wall outside of the fishery that contained a cartoon drawing of Hank Hubbard and text that reads:

"Hubbard Fishery"
"Fishing Supplies and More..."
"'mo betta!"

There were also several vehicles parked outside of the fishery, as well as a dumpster. The rest of the fishery grounds were blocked by a large fence. The road leading to the fishery continued down another path that was blocked by an invisible wall and a gate.

The first room of the fishery was structured as a convenience store with fishing supplies. In this building, an hour-long audio file played over the store's radio. This audio file contained the following:

On the walls were three missing person posters for:

An advertisement could also be found hanging on some racks that read:

A paper was found on the counter that read as follows:

"ALLOW COMMISSIONER JARVIS HOUSE KEY AND POND ACCESS"
"Call JJ about loaned boat."
This paper also contained what appears to be a phone number that's been marked out.

On the wall behind the counter was a cipher that translated to the following:

"ANCIENT LETTERS LOST IN FOREST"

A door in the store led to what appeared to be a small employee rest room. Here, the following cipher was found written on the wall surrounding a drawing of BEN's face:

"GIFTED LOST CONDUIT TO HIS NEW DARK LORD"

Players found several papers on a table in this room. One of these papers was a menu for a restaurant named:

"Meemaw's Family Diner"

Next to this was what appeared to be a newspaper draft with the following written on it:

"THE OBSERVER"
"Meemaw's Shut Down"
"Body Found in Fishery"
"Foreclosing"

This room also led to Hank Hubbard's office. In the corner of this room was a scrap of paper with a drawing of Patrem on it with the following text:

"THE HUNTED WILL BE HIS DESTINATION"

This room contained a desk with a computer sitting atop it. Next to the computer were several papers with the following written on them:

A large paper with the number "2" written on it.

Players discovered that clicking on the paper with the "2" written on it would result in a video appearing. This video contained the following text:

"USERNAME" - Written in blue.
"PASSWORD" - Written in red.

Near the desk in this room was a shelf with two letters on it. These read as follows:

"Hello, Hank. You don't know me, but I've heard stories about you. I've heard rumos that She spoke to you, and I want to know more. I want to speak with her too - I have to make amends with my family, but the others won't tell me the truth. They told me you died and that you spoke only falsehoods. I don't believe it."

"Your son is still here. Ben? He's strange in ways the others aren't ever really able to describe. It's like he both is and isn't here at times, as if he is blinking in and out, wandering off and disappearing then reappearing without warning. It's odd. It has something to do with you and your connection to Her, doesn't it? I knew it had to be a lie, none of the stories lined up. That's when Jarvis spoke to me and told me everything."

"I know you may not trust me. I understand that. I'm willing to undergo whatever vetting necessary to join you in pursuit of the truth. I can give you information on the Moon Children's current activities if that helps any. I promise you this is not a ploy of any kind, I really have nothing else in my life except Luna. I hope to hear back from or a correspondent of yours soon. "

"William Reynolds"

"Well howdy there, stranger. I heard you'e a bit shot around these parts, so I figured I oughta acquaint myself, hahaha. When you didn't respond to my calls, I figured getting to you in a more traditional format might be a bit more effective. It's a bit ironic, isn't it? Back in the day, I would have been able to just stop right on in and deliver this to you myself, but then they had to up and change my route on me. I tell ya, that's a hell of a thinig to do to an old man such as myself, hahaha. My memory ain't what it used to be."

"I hear things at work are going much better for yourself. I'm glad to hear it, at least one of us has their affairs in order, hahaha. Speaking of which, me and ol' Sam were thinkin' about taking Hunter on his first fishing trip. You wouldn't mind cuttin' the boys a good deal on one of them tours, would ya'? Hahahaha, I think it's about time the kiddo gets some hair on his chest."

"SAMUEL PROMOTED YESTERDAY FORCE IS NOW WITH YOU"

"The kiddo needs a playmate. It's a shame about Mat, I imagined he and Hunter would have gotten along swell. Let's get the ol' boys back together again sometime soon."

"Fuddie Duddie JJ"

Exiting this building would lead players to the other side of the fence, where they could enter into the small room found in the previous version of the fishery. This room now had a tiled floor with some blood splattered on it. There was also a grate found in the corner of the room that seemed to lead down into a basement of sorts. This room was inaccessible, however.

On the outside wall of this room, players discovered the following written on the wall surrounding a drawing of a disturbing gas mask:

"ASHES BEGET OBLIVION"
"THE SURROGATE DISPOSED"

Players could also access the fishery's courtyard, where two faceless angel statues could be found, as well as what appeared to be a moon dial atop a wooden structure. Entering into another door would lead players into the larger part of the fishery compound. The first room was a small gallery of sorts containing four portraits:
- A man with a snake-like head.
- A man with a pig head.
- A man with a aquatic monster-like head.
- A man with a dog head.
This room also contained a statue of a crouched figure with symbols drawn on its shoulders. Players discovered that walking through the portrait of a man with a dog head would lead to a fenced-in location outside. Here, the following could be found written on the walls surrounding a drawing of a hand grasping at a flaming figure:

"FALSE KING OF FAKE WORLDS"
"HIS POWER WAS NO MORE"

Next to this was another drawing of several spirits floating up to the Regiminis sigil with the Moon from Majora's Mask overlooking it. The following text was found surrounding this drawing:

"THE PETTY ONE OVERTHROWN IN THE GARDEN OF NO END"
"A LOSS GREATER THAN THAT OF HIS OTHER"

The small gallery also contained a doorway that led into a larger room adorned with awards, pottery, and five paintings on the walls. These pictures were classic paintings of gods and goddesses. Each one was labelled with a cipher and contained a red and blue figure. These paintings were as follows:

This room also entered into a small bathroom, though there wasn't anything of note in here. Next to the bathroom, however, was an entrance to a small library. This library contained several pictures hanging on the walls showing different locations from the "Treeline" Janus room. Also in this room were papers containing the full translations of two unknown languages seen around the Janus room and the video "Hesitation". The characters that are made up of many lines and arrows were labelled:

"GHOST HALL LETTERS"

The characters that were made up of strange symbols of varying shapes were labelled:

"BREAKER RUNES"

Another scrap of paper was found in this room that read as follows:

"OF BLUE AND RED TO ENTER LOCKED REALMS ADD ON TO THE CRIMSON FIGURES 15423"

On one of the bookshelves was a book labelled:

"Nami: The Sealed World" by Wayne Francisco

This room also contained a statue of a robed figure holding a spear. This figure had a sigil on its shoulder and a strange insignia on its apron. A second statue was also found in this room sitting on a throne of sorts. This statue's face contained a complex Pigpen cipher that hid the Pigpen keys within the overarching symbol. The letters in the Pigpen keys were also written in "Ghost Hall Letters". The cipher translated as follows:

"Ring of triad the harbingers union within the midst of the misguided's awakening the apostate speaks. Through this rite of trinity the unseen father is silently roused a Lingering sentiment of the old one."

The library opened into two rooms - the larger room was appeared to be the location where general fishery work took place. While not much was found in this room, its ceiling featured a massive stained glass window depicting Luna, the four giants, and various other figures important to Lunar Children lore. This room contained two exits leading outside - a small door and a set of double doors, which were closed. Outside these exits were three more statues holding spears - one guarding each door.

The other room connected to the library was an old, wooden church. The walls of this room contained four stained glass windows of ancient mythological figures. These figures were labelled as follows:

"Saint Josse"
"Saint George"
"Sigurd"

This room also contained three more stained glass windows on the entrance wall - one that appeared to be a figure wearing a green mask, one of a crudely drawn man wearing clothes similar to those seen in the music video "Welcome to the Black Parade" by My Chemical romance, and a grey angel with green eyes wearing a black robe that appeared similar to Erika.

The far end of the church featured a large painting of the goddess Diana that was previously seen in the "Spire" Janus room. It was quickly discovered that players could walk through this painting to view a large scroll containing many cryptic drawings. This scroll contained a depiction of a lion-snake creature biting its tail, as well as several drawings of serpents. The serpent on the left is labelled with the runes:

"Samael"
"Christ"
"Pearl"

The serpent on the right is labelled with the runes:

"Lucifer"
"Christ"
"Rose"

The corner of this room also contained a small scrap of paper marked with alternating drawings of moons and stars. This was used as a key to solve an alternating Pigpen cipher found in Hank's office. This scrap of paper also contained a drawing of Jeremy's avatar from the Lunar Children forums.

Behind the fishery was another gate blocked by an invisible wall. On the backside of the fishery was a small garden area featuring a statue of a six-winged angel holding up a "Metatron Cube". On a nearby wall, the following was written:

"ITS DARK ESSENCE LIE HIDDEN WITHIN THE DISPLACED TEXTS"

From outside, players could see that the bottom of the church contained four black cubes acting as cornerstones. On the opposite side of the church was a small creek that led into the woods. On the wall of the fishery near the church was another cipher surrounding a drawing of a gas mask that read as follows:

"WAYWARD SAINT ENTRANCED BY THE TRICKSTER"

Back near the entrance of this Janus room was a small path that led into the woods. This path split in two - one leading to an invisible wall going further into the woods, and one leading up a small hill. Atop this hill, players could leap across the creek and reach a small ledge where another Pigpen cipher key could be found - this one was marked with a moon instead of a star.

Summary

• This Janus room was another depiction of the fishery. This version of the fishery was in its undilapidated state, revealing that the location once contained a convenience store, a small library, and several rooms containing cryptic paintings and scrolls.
• Translations of the two languages used as ciphers around this Janus room and in the video "Hesitation" were discovered. The language consisting of lines and arrows is called "Ghost Hall Letters", while the one made up of various symbols is called "Breaker Runes".
• Players discovered Hank's office, which contained various codes and ciphers. One of these seemed to reveal a key of sorts, informing players to perpetually "add" the numbers "4 9 1 14 1" to some as of yet unknown computer login information that is supposedly found next to a bed.
• The keys for two different sets of Pigpen ciphers were found - one marked by a star, and one marked by a moon. This assisted players in solving ciphers in this Janus room as well as in the video "Hesitation".
• A letter from William Reynolds was found in Hank's office. William seemed to be asking Hank to join the Lunar Children as a defecting Moon Child. He mentioned that Ben seems to often disappear at random - something that confuses the Moon Children.
• A letter from Jeremy was found in Hank's office. Jeremy asks Hank if he and "Sam" could go on a fishing trip with Hunter. Jeremy mentions that he believed Hunter and Mat would have been good friends. This letter also contained a Pigpen cipher that revealed a message claiming that "Samuel" had been promoted and that the "force" was now aligned with Hank.
• Five paintings are discovered with figures colored blue and red. These paintings are labelled as five locked pages that were previously found in the "Spire" and "Bottom" Janus rooms.
• An old, wooden church could be found on the back-end of the fishery. This church contained several stained glass windows of famous religious figures. Three other stained glass windows were also found here - one of a man wearing a green mask, one of a figure wearing an outfit similar to the ones seen in the music video for "Welcome to the Black Parade" by My Chemical romance, and one of a gray angel with green eyes.
• A large room containing fishery equipment was found to have a massive stained glass ceiling depicting Luna and various events from Lunar Children lore.
• A small room on the backside of the fishery was discovered to have a previously-obscured trap door. This appeared to lead down into a basement.

Once more, I find myself in the deepest chamber of our grand Spire. The footsteps of my brethren have long ceased echoing through these halls. It's not often others find their way down here this late into the night. Indeed, the early hours of the morning just as the sun begins to stir has proven to be the perfect time to observe this artifact.

The machine before me is a solid cube. It rises to about the height of my knees and consists of a smooth, black surface covered in a slight reflective sheen. There are no apparent outlets or ports as one might expect. It emits no light, and no sounds can be heard coming from within. Upon first observation, one might mistake this object to be nothing more than a simple brick or prop. Looks are quite deceiving, however, as the complexity of this device has confounded me for the past several years.

The device has remained largely untouched since it was brought into our possession. That is, until recently, when one talented Elder Child made some impressive alterations to it. Uninitiated eyes will once again be deceived, as this new addition to the device seems quite simple at first glance - a single wire connecting out from below its base that leads into the floor. This wire is not used to supply the device with power, as one might suspect. Instead, it has allowed the machine to connect back to our previous meeting grounds through utilization of the Second Ethereal Layer. Thanks to this small addition, development on Project Bifrost has been progressing rapidly.

Even more boggling than the machine's inner workings is its origins. While I'm not permitted to fully document its history here, I'll leave it at this - our previous meeting grounds may indeed hold secrets that far predate our earliest of gatherings.

My name is Alan Alphonse. I have served our order for the better part of the past decade, and within the past several years, I have been usurped from the position of "Overseer" - Father, that is. I say this while harboring no ill-will towards our current administration. Our current Father is a fine selection, and I've always thought myself as more of a researcher than a leader, if I may speak truthfully. No, I've always been far more interested in my own personal studies into how Luna's creation ticks - the unravelling of her majesty.

Some find this line of thinking blasphemous. Yes, I've experienced my fair share of backlash during my time as Overseer, and it's no surprise that there exist those who were quite ecstatic upon my departure. I've been told that looking further beyond what we've been taught is heresy - that to seek more truths is to toss aside the gifts Mother has already bestowed upon us.

Ridiculous.

Were we not gifted sight so that we could witness Mother's glory that surrounds us? Were our hands not forged so we might carry out her will in our otherwise empty, barren world? So, too, might our minds be her gift - a beautiful gift filled with curiosities and wonder - a gift of want and yearning so that we might be pushed step out of our child-like stupor and stand before her as men and women of the moon. And children is exactly what we have been for the past decade, content to rot away within our cradle, comforted by what few gifts have been passed down to use from our predecessors.

What I seek is not to challenge Luna, but to grow and reach the spiritual enlightenment she has set out for us. It is in our grasp, we need only challenge our preconceived "truths" and reach beyond the veil.

Brilliant minds at the Spire are always developing new methods by which we may inch closer to Luna's majesty. I won't bore whoever is reading this with the entire technical history of our past ventures, but I will say it has been a rather difficult journey. Many projects that once seemed promising have since crumbled into ruin. Many in hindsight label these projects failures. I disagree with this sentiment, however, as from the ruins of these past experiments, new paths are often paved.

Data is a building material. Much like cement or clay, data is malleable, and may be used in a variety of ways as plentiful of the kinds of data that can be extracted and manipulated. This is quite evident in our most recent experiment, Project Bifrost, which has been built from the parts of one "Project Mindshape" - an expired project that was offered to us by an old apostate that introduced virtual world structuring with mostly standard data sets save for a very unique ai that this traitor sadly would not allow us a closer inspection of, likely consisting of some quantity or arrangement spiritus. Mindshape has been resurrected from it's previous terminal state into a completely new form. The new project now works exclusively with spiritus, with a system for structuring using lenis conversion from acquired asper spiritus. It's quite fitting, then, that the operations within Bifrost deal with similar themes of death, rebirth, and structure.

The "Nullspace" - or "Sub-Parallelos", as some refer to it as now - is a space that stretches from the Overworld to the Parallelos of the Dead. Referring to the Nullspace as a "void" is somewhat misleading. In reality, the Nullspace is the very air that surrounds us - it is the wires and cables that connect and power our everyday devices. These electronics and wires are conduits by which one may access the Nullspace.

It is believed that there are three layers to the Nullspace - Physical, digital, and signal. These names, too, can be somewhat misleading, however. The lowest level of the Nullspace is the physical. This refers to the devices and electronics that surround us - our computers, consoles, servers - what have you. These are all very localized constructs. On their own, they are isolated - manmade wombs from which data may one day be birthed into our modern, connected world.

The second layer, digital, is what connects these devices. Digital, or perhaps a better term, electricity, refers to the wires through which data and information may flow. Like twisted, winding highways, these wires connect from one to another to create a vast network, offering a great deal of freedom in travel to those who access it.

However, true freedom is only offered through the third and final layer - signal. In our modern world, signals are everywhere. They are not restricted by corporeal blockades or physical routes - they flow invisibly through the air around us as we are none the wiser. Those who access this layer are truly granted a great deal of freedom through the Nullspace.

But what exactly is the Nullspace? While these technical definitions have certainly aided our understanding, how exactly do these layers appear to those within? Fortunately, thanks to our devout few who have mastered the Parallelos Path, we have an answer to this - nothingness. At least, that is how the upper layers, the "signals", are witnessed. Few have ventured down into the lower layers of digital and physical confinements within the Nullspace, as it becomes far more dangerous to maneuver through these layers. As we all know, the lowest layer of the Nullspace is often used to house our ascended brethren. It is no place for the living.

Still, curiosity lingers - how would it be perceived? Truthfully speaking, there is no way for us to be certain. Eyes were never meant to be laid upon such places. If I were to hypothesize, however... I believe descending these layers would be akin to entering a lesser plane of existence - almost as if one were entering the first and second dimensions respectively. That isn't to say that all witnessed would suddenly become as a flat plane, but rather that it would truly be foreign to us. In reality, however, it is likely that vision simply ceases and "experience" takes hold - the mind and spirit simply cease to "witness" and instead loops back in on itself as the entity eternally replays and remixes memories, thoughts, and dreams from its database.

This is simply my own theory on the matter, however. We do not yet truly understand what one experiences in these situations. There does seem to be some studies that imply that the nature of these physical constructions - be it a computer or console, that is - has an innate effect on the spirits housed within, almost as if they are being imprinted upon... Indeed, this can be witnessed most infamously with the Tenebris Link, though that is all I will say on that.

Dear me, I've gone off on quite the tangent, haven't I? This entry was meant to cover Project Bifrost, yet here I am rattling off about layers once again. To conclude this, I will confirm that the uppermost layer of the Nullspace is most vital to Bifrost. Through the melding of data and conversion of Spiritus, much like the building blocks laid before us from our predecessors, new and beautiful structures may take shape in realms beyond our imagination.

In my field, revelatory happenstances are commonplace. It is one of the reasons why I became a man of science so many years ago. Just as well, I'm no stranger to encounters from beyond - confrontations with entities, whether they be friendly or otherwise, have become quite normal. However, what just transpired... I must say, it has shaken me to my very core.

Arawn, he called himself. A most mysterious character... He spoke to me through the machine from what I can only assume is deep within the Parallelos itself. Could this device have some intrinsic connection to the greater sphere...? What other outsiders might I meet should my studies continue? I've not been this excited in quite some time...

We spoke for nearly two hours. Arawn was quite easy to understand. He spoke as a sophisticated individual - a far cry from your typical wanderers beyond the Overworld.

"Peering into the machine once again? You'll fall in, standing so close to its surface like that."

"What's this, now?"

"Simply a word of warning from one researcher to another.

"A researcher? From where are you speaking?"

"Exactly where you think. Inside the machine. Beyond your realm. The "Overworld", as you know it."

"Fascinating... There seems to be absolutely no interference at all - if you are indeed an ascended spirit, yours must have been quite successful. Tell me, who exactly are you...?"

"No one of importance. I'm no high ranking member of your order... nor am I a primordial being of any sort. I'm simply all that remains of my other self... An "effigy", I suppose. You may call me Arawn."

"I see... Am I correct in assuming you are the "other" of a Finitor, then?"

"Impressive. Your wit does not disappoint, Alan. Yes, I am the "shell" of my ascended self. My ascension was a success, but... Well, as you can see, I am the half that does not get to reap its benefits."

"A-ha! This proves the existence of the Dyad, then! Hahahaha, my, I haven't been this giddy in quite some time!"

For many years I have theorized the existence of a Dyad - the concept of duality that is prevalent through the works of Luna. The Finitor is a prime example of this. Many long nights I have struggled to grasp what exactly took place back in 2002. How did two ascended beings result from a single entity - Our Father and the Transcended known as Kelbris? There seemed to be a strong sense of duality between the two, the most prevalent being their very makeup - Father being the pure essence, whereas Kelbris was the empty shell given life.

Arawn's words seemed to prove this theory. However, if this is true... could this mean that an "effigy" exists for the Tenebris Link as well...?

"You seek answers. That is why you are a man of science, no?"

"Indeed."

"Ha. Are Luna's teachings not enough?"

"Luna's teachings are interpreted by man. Only through deeper understanding of her works may we come closer to the truth."

"There is no "truth" - no final, ultimate answer. The "truth" is whatever you want it to be. There's no single key that unlocks the door to all-encompassing knowledge. Only fools seek out the idea of a single "truth"."

"Hahaha... "Truth" is all I've ever known, friend. It's all I've ever hoped to achieve, and I've known now for quite some time that my thirst for answers may never be quenched... Is this what you are telling me?"

"No. There ARE answers. The catch is that there is no end. Infinite worlds. Infinite timelines. You are already aware of this, no?"

"Correct."

"Then you're aware of how incomprehensibly vast existence truly is... For every answer you may uncover, another question will always follow. Peace will not come for us, Alan - us damned fools stricken with an unquenchable thirst for answers and "truth"."

"Indeed... Your prior warning then, yes?"

"Yes. You'll do well to not become as the fools before you, trapped in machines of their own design."

Questioning who I am, and if I'd even be content with life knowing yet not knowing. The conclusion I've come to... is that this struggle for knowledge is what defines me. This fool's errand - this struggle for "absolute" may indeed be folly, yet I would have it no other way... Even if all I achieve is to become an "absolute" fool, hahaha..."

A word of forewarning - I'm quite drowsy as I write this. I just had the most captivating conversation with my new friend here, one that lasted long into the early hours of the morning. Before I get onto that, however, I must note a most remarkable discovery I've made pertaining to the device. When observed under a microscope, the surface of the cube appears to be lined with an intricate network of wires and chips, much like what you'd find on an advanced computer motherboard... While it would take ages to document every inch of the machine's surface, I'm confident in saying that the entire cube is covered in such electronics.

"Impressive piece of work, isn't it?"

"Mm... Far more intricate than any man-made device I've ever laid eyes upon. You wouldn't be willing to divulge the nature of this machine, would you?"

"Ha. If only it were that easy."

"Hahaha... Thought not."

"I couldn't even if I wanted to, as this device's absolute nature eludes even me. I am aware, however... that what you have here is only a fraction of a much larger machine."

"Is that so...?"

"Hm. You don't seem very taken aback."

"I had assumed as much. Our reports claim that there were actually three other identical objects at our old meeting grounds."

"Yes - four shards of a much larger whole."

"Luna's machine... the World Engine."

"What?"

"Nothing, just thinking aloud."

Our conversation soon became one of the very nature of reality itself. I'll spare you my incoherent ramblings and nonsensical theories and instead share with you this interesting tidbit...

"You mentioned before you are aware of the existence of other timelines, correct?"

"Yes, though only that they must exist."

"How have you come to such a conclusion?"

"I believe reality has a way of correcting itself... Keeping itself stable should the waters be muddied, one might say. Finitors such as yourself... Well, your "other", I suppose, have the ability to manipulate time, no? Sectioning off any interferences with the preconceived timeline into their own alternate timeline would help alleviate any strain placed on reality, would it not?"

"How so?"

"Ah, by simply ensuring that these alterations are splintered off into their own quarantined timeline rather than attempt to "correct" the current timeline, paradoxes be damned."

"Interesting theory. Alan. While it's true that I, myself, have no control over time, I am quite aware of how it functions. Moving through time is akin to being taken on a tour. You can visit different points of time on a pre-ordained path. What you may not be aware of, however, is that sometimes time travel itself is predetermined - baked into history as if it were always destined to occur."

"Mm... I believe the ascension of one of our four Transcended was related to such things, correct?"

"Yes. The Doug in this timeline was contacted by the harbingers from several years in the future. This, however, did not create a "split" in the timeline - it was something that was simply destined to happen."

"The question is then, of course, how could paradoxes exist at all in a system where destiny - fate, exists?"

"And the answer... is intent."

"Intent...?"

"Intent to break - to shatter - to cause chaos. Will, destiny, fate - these are all already weaved into our reality. If we were to go back in time to several years prior, we would not need to worry about following a script lest we splinter off into an alternate timeline. No, our will IS destiny. What we do is what we've done. Reality accommodates this. To put it simply, fate is written by our will."

"But the chaos agents... What of their will?"

"Intent is a powerful thing, Alan. Let's say... one particularly powerful chaos agent both had the means of travelling through time and the intent to "break" it - alter it. If this situation were to arise, this would indeed cause a split timeline to manifest - someone intentionally stepping off their guided tour through time."

"So... If I am to understand correctly, whether or not a paradox occurs and time travel results in a timeline splintering is largely dependent on whether or not the time traveller in question is acting voluntarily or involuntarily, yes? At least, in regards to their will?"

"That's a simplistic way of looking at it, yes. There are a few more factors that go into it, but that's correct, more or less. If one were to simply try to "change the past", they would be unsuccessful, as reality would have already baked this will to act into itself. However, if one were to have strict knowledge of past events and cause an intrinsically chaotic, paradoxical action to spite fate's will, reality would heal this wound by creating the splinter."

"Hahaha... quite a terrifying fate, being thrust into a completely separate reality. In such a case, one would have no way of returning home, would they?"

"Correct. If one were to attempt to return to the future, they would only return to the future of the current timeline they are stranded in. That is, unless..."

"Unless...?"

"Unless one were to become linked with their other selves. A bridge across time."

"A bridge..."

Aggregation - the process of spiritually linking with oneself across separate timelines. If what Arawn was telling me is true, then it is quite possible to travel freely between timelines where Aggregation has taken place... In all of my studies, I've never heard of such a thing.

"So, how exactly does one initiate this process?"

"Before one may partake in Aggregation, one must first become aware of their "others". You must share their mind, having already experienced a near identical history with them. If these prerequisites are met, you may begin the Aggregation process. Fortunately for you... I've already completed these first few steps for you."

"What... do you mean, exactly?"

"Everything I've been telling you, I've also been telling to another you - an alternate you, from an alternate time. Those questions that are swirling around your mind right now - 'What does my other self think about this?' 'Is my other self aware of me?' 'Is he thinking this exact same thing?' - hold onto them. They will be your guide through this process."

• Jason is a Lunar Child who believes it is currently 2015 who seems to have been exploring the Janus worlds for quite some time after volunteering to be "permanently inserted".
• Jason is surprised to hear that the players are using computers to access the Janus worlds, implying that everyone besides the Elder Children are exploring them via some other method - possibly ascension, as they claim they are typing with their mind.
• When asked if the Lunar Children's involvement with digital worlds via Janus is Project Bifrost, Jason is unsure, but claims the name is familiar.

• At 5:23 PM, the players Xenquility and Pako discovered a section of the "Under" Janus room that was previously unexplored - another section of the building that was barely visible across a large gap. Accessing this location required the players to carefully build a bridge of cubes to cross the gap. Once on the other side, players discovered a small room with a fake door and a strange "pit" that contained faded versions of the image "2_server_room.png". Players also accessed a balcony by building a staircase of cubes, which led down a hallway. This hallway contained a cube made up of what appeared to be a screenshot of a 3d workdesk with some papers and money on it.

This video begins with a shot of the hallway seen outside of the Within Hubris castle found in the "Library" Janus room. As the camera proceeds down the hallway, text begins appearing on screen:

He spoke flatly as if his tone were manufactured and with a deeply tired sounding tone. "IIII am sorry to see you have felt yourself no longer fit for the order.
He stood from the desk and stepped slowly across the Emerald colour marble floor to the front of the room, you were still there waiting in the doorway determined and high on the hubris that previously plagued him.
"The library will always remain open to you, but you are of the wanderer in these times." For some reason you could not bring yourself to say a word.
"What exactly is this leading to?", you thought to yourself as he edged closer in the dim room lit only by nine candles and 12 monitors, 4 of which were displaying various premonitions of unknown origin, and one that showed only an empty, alluring darkness.
"Am I banished? Is this really a question of either or?". As if reading your mind, he spoke. "Always, you will be remembered as a Keeper in this place, and though the location is ephemeral, IIIII always expect your return".


The footage fades into a shot outside of the mansion-like building found in the "Library" Janus room that's shaped like the Regiminis sigil.

His frown broke into a smile as you could finally see his face for a brief moment. Silence broke for just a moment as you said aloud "Wait, you're to say I am no longer the Keeper? My obligations to the library are revoked?"

The camera zooms through one of the windows of the mansion-like building, fading into a dark room with a marble floor. This room was lit by nine candles and contained twelve monitors. Four of these monitors were flashing screenshots of 3d environments on them.

He watched you for some time, his piercing gaze studying your face. Though many questions raced through your mind, you received no answers.
"Sweet dreams my Old friend."
His foot slipped out from under his robe and pushed the door shut in your face, as you found yourself seemingly back in the courtyard of a familiar castle.

The camera begins panning across seven windows on the other side of the wall. Each table has an assortment of various items placed around it - two of which have computers. One of these computers is displaying "Astralobservatory.net". As the camera pans to the final table, it slowly zooms in on an open book.

Empty though it may be, the fortress was large. Ancient. Secure. A wanderer you may be no longer. Instead, you will be crowned Keeper in a realm forged by your own hands.

The video begins with Tyler standing in his trailer against a white, blank wall. A fire alarm can be seen on the wall behind him. Tyler is wearing a suit and tie and his hair is tied back. He begins speaking as generic, stock, corporate-esque music plays in the background.

Tyler: "Hey guys, it's Tyler. I'm the douchebag dressed up in his Sunday best talking in-front of a video camera, uh, trying to appear professional. (Laughs) So, uh, basically, this video is made to kinda... announce, uh, A. - My movie that Wolf's been working on, and B. - The upcoming Halloween event on our website - Johnisdead.com. That's right - starting Thursday at-"

A faint image of text reading the following appears:

A clip of Tyler silently speaking briefly fades in over the fire alarm before the footage cuts to another shot of Tyler standing and staring at the camera. The video skips for a moment before cutting to another shot of Tyler speaking.

The video briefly cuts once more. As Tyler continued speaking, the footage would occasionally fade-in on itself with other clips of Tyler speaking.

Tyler straightens his tie. A sped-up version of his voice reads off the following as the video cuts.

The video suddenly cuts to Tyler holding a flashlight to his face in a dark room. He looks around, concerned, as he begins speaking in a heavily distorted voice.

The lights suddenly come back on. Tyler is now in a more dishevelled state and is breathing heavily. He covers the camera with his hand, resulting in the footage cutting to a clip of Tyler as he appeared earlier in the video speaking:

Tyler: "Did you know that world-renowned writer Stephen King was once hit by a car? Just something to consider."

Tyler takes a drink out of the "Theorizer's Corner" mug before angrily tossing it at the ground, shattering it. Tyler suddenly drops the floor, breathing heavily as a theme similar to that of "Elevator Music" begins playing. It is important to note that Tyler appears to be pantless. Tyler searches through the remains of the shattered mug before finding a Bitcoin.

Tyler: "What- What is this... Is this money...? What is this... IS THIS MONEY? IS THIS MONEY?"

Tyler holds the Bitcoin up to the camera while smiling crazily.

Tyler: "BUT DID YOU BUY DOGE?"

The video cuts to a dark clip of Tyler playing the Ocarina. The video then cuts to Tyler cleaning up the remains of the mug.
