I forgot the date, but at some point in 1999, the Orbital Detectives Arc began.
First, CircleHunter went on a date with The Producer. This attracted hordes of Spanish fans. Everyone thought that this was pretty understandable and they adjusted their Johnisdead ships accordingly.
A few days later, Dense committed several acts of terrorism with Moonman. This was considered pretty alright and the whole event was promptly memed about.
